Race afternoon check-in and mandatory gear checks, from 4pm at race hub.

Medals & Wine

All competitors need to have their mandatory gear checked before they can receive their bib at race check-in. 

  • Race afternoon Check-In from 4pm at event. 

  • MANDATORY GEAR : Must be carried on course

  • WEATHER DEPENDANT GEAR RULE: 

​       WEATHER DEPENDANT GEAR RULE: If weather conditions are very cold or wet, the race director may make the decision at any time to pick up some of this gear and carry.

Personal bags are to be left at the race hub [start/finish] tentItems left behind, will not be posted. It is your responsibility to collect them before 7am Sunday.

12 hour - Medals & Wine/Drink 

  • If you would like to book a tent site to set up your transitions, please send us an email. As it is overnight event and you will be coming through the race hub every 7km, it is a place for you to set up your chair, table, food, swag for example. 

  • We do not supply the tents. Please bring a market style tent 3m x 3m, so you can set it up next to the start/finish line.

  • If you decide later that you are bringing support crew or there are a few of your friends also running. Please email us run@coastaltrackandtrailrunners.com.au and ask for us one.
